The CBT Series (Constant Beamwidth Technology) are two-way line array column loudspeakers that are designed for venues that would typically use larger point-and-shoot speakers.
The CBT Series is especially beneficial in venues with tricky acoustics or buildings that require discreet sound reinforcement, such as historical sites. The CBT beamforming and amplitude tapering technology allows for an even coverage of sound from the front to the back of the venue, effectively reducing the volume needed by a conventional loudspeaker to cover the same area.

The CBT 70J, with Constant Beamwidth Technology™, represents a breakthrough in pattern control consistency, utilising complex analogue delay beam-forming and amplitude tapering to accomplish superior, consistent vertical coverage without the narrow vertical beaming and out-of-coverage lobing that are typical of straight form-factor column speakers.
CBT-70J is a J-Array that has a slight downwards tilt.
