JBL Professional have announced an expansion of the award-winning Control Contractor Series of installed audio solutions with eight new loudspeakers.
NAMM (Booth 16009) – ANAHEIM — JBL Professional have announced an expansion of the award-winning Control Contractor Series of installed audio solutions, unveiling eight new loudspeakers and subwoofers that bring class-leading performance and reliability to a range of commercial sound installations.
The new products include high performance pendant loudspeakers, wall-mounted speakers and landscape speakers and subwoofers. These new solutions provide a wider range of versatility allowing installers to design sound systems to meet any architectural requirement.
All products feature premium multi-tap transformers for use in distributed systems, and are switchable for direct operation. These sleek, elegant speakers— several of which, are winners of the prestigious RedDot international design award for industrial design excellence—complement a broad range of décors and finishes.

Control 68HP Two-Way Pendant Loudspeaker
The Control 68HP provides superior clarity and consistent coverage in rooms with open-architecture ceilings, spaces with challenging acoustics and other locations requiring especially high SPL capability from a pendant loudspeaker. Its driver complement features a 200mm (8-inch) Kevlar-reinforced low-frequency driver with a high-powered 50mm (2-inch) voice coil. Learn more.
SLP12/T and SLP14/T On-Wall Loudspeakers
The SLP12/T and SLP14/T loudspeakers provide broad, consistent coverage for boardrooms, restaurants, retail and hospitality spaces, museums and any installation application calling for superior sound in a discreet, close-to-the-wall form factor.
