DELIVERY INFORMATION
When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it by the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Deliveries are sent from our logistics company warehouse in Auckland and depending on the size of the order, mostly sent via NZ Couriers using their signature required service. Delivery is usually overnight and dependent on NZ Couriers fast and efficient delivery service. Some isolated regions or rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay. We will give you the option of crediting the purchase price if you do not want to wait for a backordered item.
All our orders are sent via courier so they will need to be signed for. Please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. The courier service will leave a call card if there is no one to sign for the delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays.
If your package or any items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately on hello@jpro.co.nz or +64 9 275 8710 so that a claim can be lodged.
If your package fails to arrive within 4 days of the delivery date (within New Zealand) please notify us immediately on hello@jpro.co.nz or +64 9 275 8710 so that we may follow up with the couriers. Please notify us as soon as possible as there are time restrictions to report missing items and damages.
