Joni has been part of the JPRO team since 2001. She trained and worked in corporate travel and then decided to take her organisational skills into project management, where she gained extensive knowledge working for PwC in London.
After returning home to New Zealand Joni was recruited by JPRO in an office management role. Over the years Joni trained and spent time in almost every role within the company, settling on marketing, operations and most recently management.
This experience and combination of roles has provided her an excellent oversight on how to keep the company customer focused and how to streamline operations so that the team can focus on what they do best, helping their customers.
