IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE!

We provide full Warranty Service and Support for all JPRO products that have been sold in New Zealand through JPRO’s authorised resellers. Products that have not been sold in NZ by JPRO or through our dealer network will not be covered under warranty. To make sure you receive full backup, spare parts and support, please ensure your Harman products are purchased through JPRO or an authorised JPRO dealer. If you are unsure please contact us and we can advise whether your product has been purchased through JPRO.
